• Consultations in New York City are $150 payable in advance.
• Skin care and tissue filler consultations in the US are $75 payable in
  advance.  This amount will be deducted from the cost of any treatment
  given at the same consultation.
• Initial consultations in Connecticut are $100 payable in advance.
• Consultations at the Kirwan Vein Center are $150 payable in advance.
• Please note that additional fees may apply if the consultation fee is
  submitted to insurance.
• All surgery requires a non-refundable $500 booking fee to schedule.
• In the US, 25% of the surgical fee is payable at the time of booking surgery.
• The balance of all surgical fees are payable 2 weeks in advance.
• Cancellations of surgery less than 10 business days before surgery will
  result in a 50% refund of the surgical fee.
• Cancellation of surgery due to non-compliance with pre-operative
  instructions will result in a $1500 fee and a
• 50% fee if surgery is not rescheduled.
