Prof. Kirwan was recently awarded recognition as

specialist

Plastic Surgery in Finland. He is now
on the specialist register
of
Plastic Surgery in two
European Union countries, Finland and
Ireland.
Prof. Kirwan was invited to talk about "New Soft
Tissue
Fillers" at the"Hot Topics Section" of The American
Society
for Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery 2005 ANNUAL
MEETING
In New Orleans.
He spoke at the "Hot Topics Section" of the 2004 Annual
meeting of
the American Society of Plastic Surgeons
in
Philadelphia.

Attractive People Make More Money: It pays to be tall, dark and handsome...
literally. A report by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis suggests that
good-looking
people tend to earn higher salaries and get promoted more
often than
those with average looks. When compared to the averages:
- Attractive people earned 5 percent more
- Overweight women earned 17 percent less
- Taller people earned 2.6 percent more
- Less attractive people earned 9 percent less
Prof. Kirwan has been voted the Best Plastic Surgeon in Fairfield County by
the Fairfield County Weekly "Best of Fairfield Readers" Poll 2003.
He was mentioned as one of the best plastic surgeons worldwide in the UK
Tatler Magazine in 2004 and in Russian Vogue Magazine in 2006
