A lipoplasty procedure can test the strength of any

patients. The MicroAire Power Assisted Lipoplasty Device makes it easier on
everyone.
The MicroAire Power Assisted Lipoplasty Device uses reciprocating (rather than
rotating) motion to facilitate the movement of the cannula in tissue. The cannula
features a 2-mm reciprocating movement at 4000 cycles per minute.
The power source is nitrogen or compressed air and that reduces the amount of
force needed, especially in areas with more fibrous tissue such as the chest and
back. It facilitates fat removal in the "love-handle" area in men and enlarged
breasts (gynecomastia) also in men.
PAL can be combined with 3 Dimensional Superficial Liposculpture (3D-SLS) and
External Ultrasound Assist (XUAL) to give the benefits of all three methods. This
leads to a more thorough removal of fat in one stage with contouring as well as
decreased pain and swelling.
Finally the MicroAire Power Assisted Lipoplasty Device is not ultrasonic. And the
instrument or cannula generates no heat, so there are no concerns about burning.
